Bands like Mrs. Henry aren’t manufactured. They are forged on inconsolable stretches of American highway. Ignited by a consciousness-changing West Coast tour in 2015, Mrs. Henry spent the last four years faithfully converting the West. Congregating a cult following, the band has earned an unrivaled reputation atop their already well-established individual credits (Howlin’ Rain, The Silent Comedy). Endurance is their vocation and bringing unapologetically live music into a new era is their mission. With an intergalactic boogie and a torrent of improvisation, Mrs. Henry is burnin’ nitro soul and it’s all for the sake of rock n’ roll.
Following the 3-LP release of Mrs. Henry Vol. I and II (Blind Owl), the band closed out 2017 with a sold out tribute to The Last Waltz at the Belly Up Tavern in Solana Beach, CA. The concert resulted in the summer 2019 live record, Mrs. Henry presents THE LAST WALTZ, featuring over 30 songs and guests including Pat Beers of The Schizophonics, Brenden Dellar of Sacri Monti and Brian Karscig of Louis XIV. Accompanying the four vinyl and two cd set is the short film documentary by the same name, receiving a world premiere at the Oceanside International Film Festival. With a new studio and live album scheduled for 2020, Mrs. Henry continues to define rock n’ roll with spontaneous abandonment.
